For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, – 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

As you listen to this video you are “preaching the gospel to yourself“.  You are “renewing your mind” in the Holy Spirit about your identity in Christ because you believe Jesus is your Savior, that He died, was buried and rose on the third day according to the scriptures.  As you preach the gospel to yourself you are reminding yourself of the wonderful things that God has done for you because you are a “born again” child of Jesus Christ.  You don’t need to use these exact words but you should preach the gospel to yourself everyday and often during the day to stay focused on Jesus and the good work He is doing in you to give you rest, peace and joy as He “transforms” you into His image. 

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. – Romans 12:2

my name is written in the Book of Life,

I am covered by the Blood of Yeshuah HaMashiach,

(which means Jesus the Anointed One, the Messiah, the Christ)
